This can significantly reduce the cost of therapy – in most cases, around half the price, making access to psychology services much more affordable.

Bulk Bill

There is some availability to bulk bill from time to time for individuals who are in extreme financial distress.

What are the usual costs to the patient?

As of 2023, A 50 minute session will range from 180 to 200 per session.

How is payment made?

Payment is taken either directly on Halaxy, a secure client management platform or an invoice can be sent with instructions for payment. In-person clients have the added option of paying by cash.

What is EAP?

The Employer Assisted Program is a counseling initiative that is funded by employers and designed for the benefit of staff members and their families. Through this program, employees are provided with the opportunity to access up to six counseling sessions with a psychologist often at no cost.

How does EAP work?

The employee needs authorization from the Human Resources department or their management to utilize the EAP service. They can either schedule an appointment themselves or the employer can arrange the initial session.

Plan managed vs self managed

For NDIS plans that are managed by a plan manager, we are able to bill the plan manager directly for our services. However, for NDIS plans that are self-managed, clients are responsible for paying for the session fee on the day of the service and then seeking reimbursement from their NDIS funding afterwards.
